In 2024, my role as Senior Copywriter at Wink—Mailchimp’s in-house creative agency—expanded into new territory: Tech Partners. After shaping the voice and tone for Mailchimp & Co, the company’s Service Partner program, I turned to a different kind of infrastructure. The Tech Partner team powers Intuit Mailchimp’s 300+ integrations with platforms like Shopify, Canva, Wix, and Meta to name a few.

My first major assignment was the Better Together campaign, an ongoing initiative launched to articulate the value of Mailchimp’s integrations—individually and as a whole. I write the core detail listing pages: each page must do more than explain the benefits of integrating your tech stack with Mailchimp; rather, each page needs to draw a clear line from technical capability to user benefit, from abstract features to real-world utility.

This work doesn’t stop at the product surface. I also help build a promotional architecture—dozens of organic and paid social posts that elevate awareness and engagement of Mailchimp’s integrations across channels. Writing for Tech Partners demands a balance of precision and perspective: translating complexity without dilution, and speaking fluently to both platform builders and their users. This is detail-oriented work, but never small. Because at its core, Mailchimp’s strength lies not only in what it offers but in what it enables through connection.
